Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who we are
TenFold (“we”, “us”) is an online service run by Abdinasir Ibrahim, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, at usetenfold.co.uk. You can contact us at hello@usetenfold.co.uk.
2. What TenFold does
TenFold turns a podcast or video transcript you provide into written content such as blog posts, social media posts, newsletters and clip ideas, using artificial intelligence. Outputs are drafts: please review and edit them before publishing. AI can make mistakes, and you are responsible for anything you publish.
3. Your account
You need an account to use TenFold. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or over to buy a paid plan.
4. Plans and payment
- Free plan: 3 episodes per calendar month. Free outputs may include a short “Made with TenFold” line.
- Pro plan: £19 per month including VAT, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- We may change prices in future. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you, and you can cancel before it applies.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from Manage billing in your dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for refunds and your 14-day cooling-off rights.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the transcripts you upload and the content TenFold creates for you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
7. Fair use
Don’t misuse TenFold: for example, by trying to break or overload it, reselling access, or using automated tools to scrape it. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep TenFold running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or change features from time to time.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
