Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data TenFold collects, why, and your rights. TenFold is run by Abdinasir Ibrahim, a sole trader in the UK, who is the data controller. Contact: hello@usetenfold.co.uk.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and an encrypted password.
- Your content: episode titles, transcripts, your saved brand voice and the content we generate for you.
- Billing details: if you upgrade, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer ID and your plan status.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To provide TenFold and your account (performance of a contract).
- To take payments and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure and fix problems (legitimate interests).
- To email you about your account or important changes. We will only send marketing emails if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run TenFold, and only share what they need:
- InsForge: accounts and database (servers in the EU, Frankfurt).
- OpenAI: processes your transcript to generate content. Under its business terms, it does not use this data to train its models.
- Stripe: payments.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and domain.
Some providers may process data outside the UK (for example in the US). Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days. We keep billing records for 6 years because UK tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@usetenfold.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We only use what is needed to keep you logged in and the site working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we will let you know by email or in the app.
